Bow-chicka-wow-wow! We're making progress. That's right... Courtney saw big numbers fall on the scale this week and Lauren noticed some non-scale victories. Thanks to some meal planning and serious tracking... things are looking pretty good. We've become very fond of the Subway at the hospital, on days when what we planned to eat just didn't look so appetizing. If Jared was able to lose it... so can we!

Continue to limit fast food by planning meals
BodyPump, MoCoRobics (or running for Courtney)
Build exercise into the weekends
More structure and balance
