Week 3 Results

This week, we both managed to stay the same. Not sure why, but we've put some things in place for big results next week. 


Some things that will add to our huge losses next week...
  • Met with Jeannie about healthy meal planning
  • Joined Weight Watchers and started tracking EVERYthing
  • Continuing BodyPump twice a week
  • Adding more cardio (Zumba Zumba!)
  • Drinking so much water that we float awayyyyyyyy
